BEGINNERS AND ALL ABILITIES WELCOME

Have you been an exerciser in the past, or are you new to exercise and just want to get started? 

Have you had an injury or illness and now want to get back to your fitness level?

If the answer is ‘yes’ then Fit as a Fiddle is for you. The class combines various types of exercises which are all fully adaptable for any age and ability. We use a small selection of equipment, full instruction is given and exercises are easy to learn.

We are a friendly and welcoming group, we get so much out of this class, not just physical fitness, but emotional support and friendship too. You are welcome to join us.

Meet Mike Goodenough, the new instructor and host of our Body Blitz classes on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00pm. Mike brings with him techniques reminiscent of our earlier Boot Camp days and we thought we would mark his arrival with a bit of an event so we’re offering your first session session FREE!

This is also an ideal opportunity for newcomers to chat through what to expect in the classes and what they want to achieve, so arrive a little earlier at 5:45pm and bring your good self, a water bottle, perhaps a towel and be sure to be suitably dressed.

We’ll need to sign you in, so if you’re not already registered with us you will have to do a (very quick) registration, but then you’ll be good to go! And, as we say, no charge for your first session.

By the way, Mike has the best strapline ever: “You are only one workout away from a better mood”.

The Spinning® program is derived from real road cycling and whether you are new to indoor cycling or have been riding for years, the Spinning® program provides all the tools you need to achieve your health and fitness goals and has helped millions of people get into the best shape of their lives.

Andrea is an Advanced ‘Rockstar’ Level 2 instructor, she will guide you through a ride like no other! Classes last between 50 and 60 minutes, all set to pumping music to keep you energised and motivated throughout and will focus on the following Energy Zones™:

  • Recovery
  • Endurance
  • Strength
  • Interval
  • Race Day
