Have you been an exerciser in the past, or are you new to exercise and just want to get started? 

Have you had an injury or illness and now want to get back to your fitness level?

If the answer is ‘yes’ then Fit as a Fiddle is for you. The class combines various types of exercises which are all fully adaptable for any age and ability. We use a small selection of equipment, full instruction is given and exercises are easy to learn.

Body Blitz

MONDAYS 6pm:  Instructor Savannah brings you a different class every week with dynamic warm ups and high intensity Tabata workouts using a range of equipment. If you’re looking for results then this is the class for you. 

THURSDAYS 6pm: This is a bootcamp style circuit class with a combination of cardio, core and resistance for a full body workout. It is adaptable so you can work at your own level and pace. You don’t need to be capable of press ups or squat thrusts – but who knows, after a while you may be!

The Spinning® program is derived from real road cycling and whether you are new to indoor cycling or have been riding for years, the Spinning® program provides all the tools you need to achieve your health and fitness goals and has helped millions of people get into the best shape of their lives.

Andrea is an Advanced ‘Rockstar’ Level 2 instructor, she will guide you through a ride like no other! Classes last between 50 and 60 minutes, all set to pumping music to keep you energised and motivated throughout and will focus on the following Energy Zones™:

  • Endurance
  • Strength
  • Interval
  • Race Day
