Terms & Conditions

St Just & District Sports Association Limited is the charitable company which owns and operates St Just Sports Centre. We are staffed by volunteers and any gains that we make are immediately reinvested into the centre and its future development.

In late 2024 it seemed possible that St Just Sports Centre, having first opened its doors in January 2002, might close. That risk has been averted and we are all now working hard to increase revenues with longer hours and improved availability.

However, a part of this process is the tightening up and standardising of our terms and conditions so that they are more consistent for users and similar in structure to those of other centres. We therefore request that you observe the T’s & C’s set out below which will greatly ease our operation, reduce losses and costs, and ease our transition to voluntary operation.
