Darcey Bussell's DDMIX® Dance Fitness Class

DDMIX From Tuesday 2nd October 2018, 9.15am - 10am. Your first class is FREE!

DDMIX is a full body aerobic workout based on a wide range of different dance styles with easy to follow steps. Choreographed by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke, each genre is approximately 2.5 minutes long.

Fit As A Fiddle

Have you been an exerciser in the past, or are you new to exercise and just want to get started? Have you had an injury or illness and now want to get back to your fitness level?
If the answer is 'yes' then Fit as a Fiddle will enable you to achieve these goals. The class is a combination of cardio vascular and resistance exercises using functional training equipment and body weight exercises in a circuit training format.
