Led by our own Rod Lamb this is circuit training with a boost!
Whether you're the next Mr or Mrs World - or not - there is something here for you. Essentially circuit training with a gentle warm up you can work at your own level or pace. You don't need to be capable of press ups or squat thrusts - but who knows after a while you may be!

By the way... If you're looking for a less intense circuit training session, check out FIT AS A FIDDLE; it's suitable for all abilities and ages, and is suitable for those rehabilitating following injury or surgery.
